Cannot Access Repair Your Computer

Question

Hi, I work in IT in a small company and i have a Dell Desktop Inspirion 530S  with Windows Vista Home Premium on it that i need to bring it back to the Out of Box State. I am able to access repair your computer using F8, but after I click on repair your computer I get a log in screen. I have tried to the admin credentials in many different ways and the I tried using the other accounts on the screen.All with no luck I noticed someone else was having the same exact issue on this forum and it was suggested that he try the drop down Arrow in the username box. There is not a arrow for a drop down in the box at all. Same for the other user and it looks as though the problem was not solved. Can anyone help me out? Thanks, Steve

The link from the forum worked. Unfortunately that was the page I was on when I got stuck at this point of the restore. I followed it to the letter and I have not been able to access the log in still
