Cannot access windows management instrumentation software

When trying to view my system information, this appears. "Cannot access windows management instrumentation software. Windows Management files may be moved or missing". Along with that, i am not able to view the bios, system manufacture and system model in dxdiag. All it says is N/A. Is there any fix for this? WMI service is running in services as well. These are the images of the problem. http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k130/flipjb89/error1.jpg http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k130/flipjb89/error2.jpg
