Can't Remove A Program

Hi,
When i open up my add or remove program screen ive got a program called Web Savings from Ebates and when  i try to remove it beacause i do not know wat it is or wat its doing. Its says ERROE: could not execute Main : The system cannot find the file specified.
So how do i get rid of that in my list

Where do i find Windows Installer Cleanup Utility???

There is a manual way of editing this type of entry if you are comfortable with editing your registry. If not try this other easier way first, hope it helps.

If the program uses Windows Installer package, try the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove the installer information for that program, and also the corresponding Add/Remove programs entry.

Use this link, if you feel that it is what you need, to download a small program from Microsoft that might help. Copy this link into your Address Bar and it will begin the download of the program, good luck.

I think I had that same or similar program and nothing would completely remove it EXCEPT: the System Restore option. Go back to the time right before it appeared, if you know.
Keep in mind that it will roll back any changes or installs you may have done during that time period. Although it won't change any current files or data saved.
