Can't remove Program Compatibility Assistant window

Question

When I start my computer (Vista) the Program Compatibility Assistant pops up with the message 'This driver is blocked due to compatibility issues.' A second window pops up with a reference to the Roxio software I installed (CD). I uninstalled the Roxio software. How can I remove the annoying windows at start up and how can I install the Roxio software without compatibility issues.   Thanks
