Can't see "Dell Factory Image Restore" for Win7?

As per the image posted I see that the option for "Repair your computer" is available. But if this option is not working or unavailable, then you need to install Windows using the Operating system discs.

my point is that I have the same problem as "asolouki" and when I red some posts I am not only one...

I have recovery partition and I am not possible use it,

I had "dell datasafe restore and emergency backup" option when I first reinstall windows, and after reinstall i do not have  "dell datasafe restore and emergency backup" option in "repair your computer"

Is that recovery partition usable or not? 

I install many programs and stuff like that, and then uninstall them

I suggest you to reinstall the Operating System using the discs.
