Cleanmgr.exe not running
I have tried running my clean up disk, and it will not run. Tried from Start/control Panel/System Tools/Disk Clean Up and tried it from Start/Run/cleanmgr.exe. I have not been successful, and my PC is slowing down. Anymore suggestions? Thanks.

either use cleanmgr.exe from cmd.or try using it in safe mode.,
and you could use this article for command syntax of cleanmgr,

Does cleanmgr start at all when you attempt to run it? If not, do you receive any error message?
On the chance that the file is damaged, you can restore any damaged or missing Windows system files with System File Checker. Go to Start|Run, type sfc /scannow (space after "sfc") and click OK. You may be prompted to insert your Windows XP reinstallation CD.
