Command Update installation problems
Since about a month ago it is not possible to install Command Update. It gets stuck on Publishing product information.
Not just in 5340, have tried installing it in several different models of Latitude, with the same result.

Installed .NET Desktop Runtime 9.0, and DCU install still hangs / fails at Publishing product information.

@jphoto801 I had luck with .NET 8, specifically the Windows Desktop x64 runtime 8.0.15. Note that the old version of DCU, 4.7.0 for instance, needs to be completely uninstalled first.
This is the latest .Net 8 x64 binary:

Amazing. .NET 8 did the trick.
Notes for others: No other versions of DCU were installed, so it was never that, just the lack of .Net 8

I have the same problems with some of my company computers.
I saw this today : Dell Command Update 5.5 : r/msp
I installed the latest version of .NET Desktop Runtime and now it seems to work properly.
