Scanned for malware recently with Spybot Search & Destroy, Adaware, etc?
If the system is clean, Task Manager may not be enabled. Go to this link and copy/paste the
entire text into Notepad. Save the file as task.reg on your desktop.

Log off the net, close all open apps and manually set a System Restore point, just to be safe. Then double-click on task.reg and allow it to modify your registry. Reboot when it's done.
