CPU Usage

Open the task manager and determine which process is using the CPU.  Report back what you find.

I checked to see what was causing my cpu usage to be so high, it looks like the "commit charge" is what is so high.  How do I reduce this?

I want to thank Volcano and 100mph for your help, I did what you suggested and it seems to be working much better.  Thank you again.  Everyone else who came to my rescue thank you too.
