I believe the commands you are looking for are those here. Running debug is a waste of time, however, because that 8MB "partition" is created by roundoff errors in hard disk size.

It is NOT on your Resource CD, it clearly states you have to download it.
 
I find it amazing that you're doing all this to try and remove an 8mb partition that likely will be recreated when you reformat the hard drive.  This is a colossal waste of time.
