Dell Command Update with .NET Runtime
The Dell Command Update software stipulates that .net runtime is a requirement. Is version 10.0.x ok or does it need to be version 8.0.x? Also, does it need desktop runtime or just runtime?

If this applies to your system(s) note the third notation.

Thank you. I'm assuming that "The installation of Dell Command Update version 5.5 necessitates the prior installation of a .NET Desktop Runtime version ranging from 8.0.8 to 8.0.17." means because you already have an older version installed you will already have .Net installed, but I could be wrong.
Definitely looks like its desktop runtime and not just runtime though. Be great if it could use version 10.0.x though as version 8.0.x goes end-of-life in November.

I would think that the higher version, 10 or 11, would work - probably better. Perhaps you should install DCU 5.6 while you're at it.
