dell datasafe backup

I'm trying to reach support of dell datasafe backup.

 

I try to recover my username, i receive an email to put a new password to my username....i try to change my pasword.

But a strange message appears :

 

An error has occurred processing your information. Please check your information and try again. If you continue to have problems, please contact Dell Support by clicking on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.


Where can i reach dell datasafe backup support?

Hi i have tried to contact spanish support, they told me, only can give to me support because at that support line, they only give support for hardware, they didn't know what's dell data safe backup.

 

Today i have received a warning message i have 7 days to solve the problem or my data will be lost.

Those are the only 2 support numbers. They should help you or transfer you to the correct queue.  Can you try calling back? I apologize for this inconvenience.
