Dell Diagnostics Support Assist: An error installing the certificate
Dell Vostro 3700
Windows 7 Professional
First message: There was an error installing the certificate. The installer cannot continue. error: Could not add cert to store.
Second message: There was an error installing the pcdDellCert1946.cer certificate. The installer cannot continue.
error: Coiuld not add cert to store
Thrid message: Internet connection is required. Check your connection and try again.
(Interent connection is fine)
What should I do?

I cannot tell if you downloaded this program or if your internet connection failed when downloading. You can click the link below and follow the information to install. Make sure you are connected to the internet. If you cannot get online let me know and I will see if we can resolve the connection as well.
