Rash732,

Glad you got the bios updated. Just an FYI on your computer and Windows 10. Although, Windows 10 may work on your computer, Dell will not be supporting this computer with Windows 10 (as DELL-Chris M said). No Windows 10 drivers will be created by Dell for the Inspiron N5110. Once Windows 10 is released it may contain all the drivers for your computer within the OS. We just have to wait and see.

Yes obviously dell should give drivers for N5110 for windows 10

This is one of the best system of dell

Well if Microsoft givingaway free Windows 10 upgrades for thr customers why don't dell give drivers thr N5110 systems?

If Dell give drivers that will gladfull if don't We not goin to with dell anemore in future....

Hi Jesse, in case anyone asks in future, I'm writing this from an N5110 on Windows 10 after installing using the media creation tool. All features of the laptop work correctly. Just make absolutely sure you have upgraded the BIOS to A11 before you do it. If you don't, your laptop screen won't work, but the VGA and HDMI ports will so use those to fix the problem.

After the upgrade, I found everything worked better by uninstalling all the old Dell drivers and allowing Windows Update to replace them with whatever it wanted. The only Dell driver now in use is the touchpad as that didn't work quite as well on generic Windows drivers (this was also automatic from Windows update).

If anyone has any questions about the Windows 10 install on this machine, feel free to ask questions.

Mine did too, took a week after flashing the bios.

Poor attitude from Dell staff though has made me decide I won't buy another Dell again. In fact I'm going Macbook in a week, was tossing up between an XPS and Apple but this decided it.

I deleted most of the applications Dell except Dell touch pad and Quickset64 Dell Inc after install windows 10. I do not have a choice because when you start Windows 10 error message is displayed each time .After the removal of this last is all working fine.

When installing Windows 10 from the Media Creation Tool, the installer gives you three choices.  One will keep all personal files, apps and Windows settings.  The second will only keep personal files.  And the third choice keeps nothing, which is the equivalent of a clean install - the drive is repartitioned and all old data erased.
