I am new to this community message board thing. I need someone to speak to and someone to hear me and help me with my problem. On February 14th I spoke with a Dell Chat person. I wanted him to fix the sound on my media player becasue it would not play the sound back to me from my DVD movies. Well to make a long story short this chat technician deleted my operating system and I am sitting here with a computer that is useless. and after he did that he hung up the remote phone on me and the regular phone. He was mad at me becasue i am not computer savvy as he is and did not do what he asked me to do in a specific amount of time. My computer was purchased on Jan.31st in the amount of $544.00 and some odd change and now I have nothing. I am trying to reach the Dell Corporate Office to report him and I just can't find the number or the information anywhere. can someone please help me. My telephone number is and my name is Viola. I want to return it for a refund but the price of the computers has went up already. It is now $569.00 for a new computer and I dont have that kind of money. I am offered a replacement but I have to wait 3 weeks for it. Why is this happening to me? I have my own business on the side and my computer is the tool i use to make extra money besides working on my computer for my job. I have to leave the comfort of my home and go to the library where my time is limited. Please help me. I need my computer now. the Dell Tech. did it and now i am the one who is suffering for it.
