display problem with dell lattitude d600

Hi,

 

I have just installed xp sp2,

I have display problem with dell lattitude d600.

the base text in every program that I have is BIG.

I have my max resolution on my screen 1400x1050.

But on one column I can only see 10 icon.

also that If I open internet explorer.

all the picture (icons, picture) seems blurr

 

 

yesterday I follow one of the solution to uninstall display driver.

then restart window.

I managed to fix the display.

 

but today when I restart the window, it's back to old problem.

 

any Idea how to fix it?

I need to open more window and now I don't have space with this setting.
