The issue is due to "Msvcrt.dll" file which is either corrupt or replaced with a 3rd party DLL file. We need to replace the corrupt file with the original version.
Are you getting this error message after you login to the PC or is it during the startup?

Please be aware, Microsoft ended support for Windows XP on April 8, 2014.
