I hope that i am posting to the correct forum.... am getting an error message upon booting system. "Update Manager : An error occurred.  Errror # -5 visit http://consumer.installshield.com for more information. Error message number is not listed at the above link, and  suggestion is made there that one contact the software supplier. (which i assume to be Dell) anyone have any suggestions?  (thanks much!)
