Are you sure it is DLCFTIME.DLL and not DLCCTIME.DLL?

Yes I am sure I cut and pasted the error message.  Here is screen print.  Hopefully you can read it.

I don't see the screen print, but see this thread for related problem.

In your case you will search the Registry for DLCFTIME.DLL and DLCFCATS. They are probably located at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run key.
