I had even more errors come up in event so I used my recovery usb and run that then updated windows, then installed kaspersky2017 and hp printer apps. then run kasperskey full scan, then run dell support
system scan both come back all ok.
but in event viewer I still got error dellsupportassistremedation event 0.
and distributedCOM event 10016.
I have uninstalled dell support assist remedation and that is not in event viewer now, is event 10016 a
windows issue.
other wise pc seems to be working ok, thanks for your help

I run the above information and it stop the issue I had but now I have got this coming up in event.
error dellsupportassistremedation event 0
warning perFOS 2017 event
error distributecom event 10016
