Extra/Phantom Drive

I have a disk drive labled as (E:) when I go into My Computer.  I do not know why this drive is here.  Plus every time I click on it I get the message to enter disk.  I have tried to remove this drive, but I do not see how to do it.  Could anyone shed some light on this problem for me.  Thanks: DMIK

A printer or other peripheral with a card reader shows up as a drive in My Computer.

Go to Disk management and see if it is listed as a physcial drive. I'm thinking it is an unreadable partition.

Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk Management

I went to computer management/disk management.  I did not see the drive the drive, but I did see a print card reader from my printer.  So is this why I am getting a phantom drive.  Thanks for the help.
