Hello, I am new with Dell. My new Dell Inspiron 6000 with Windows XP SP2 unable to keep the firewall on. It has been followed the instructions to turn the firewall on, but it always in the "off" position, when the laptolp is turned on the next time. I believe the default setting for the XP is "on" for the firewall. It is like that when the laptop was received.

Would appreciate it very much, if someone can help?
