Firmware update problem.
Running Windows Insider build 16188 and the system keeps calling for restart to update firmware but computer has been restarted three times already. Device Manager shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it by Firmware. The update is for 4.0.13 firmware which is what is already installed. What do I do to fix this?

The device manager firmware entry will usually show the build number for a driver version. This may be part of the UEFI firmware from the System Bios but did you get a notice to update from Dell?
We will need to know the exact model number of your system so we can check the Bios version. Do not give the Service Tag.
I am no longer in the Win 10 Insider Program so can't help much.

Model Inspirion 15-3552. And the 4.0.13 should be the latest update. It was installed previously and no new update was indicated by the Dell Update Tool. It says the system is up to date but Windows keeps showing a notice for a restart and when i restart I get a notice to wait while a system update is installed. When the system reboots the restart notice reappears and, as i stated, the Device Manager shows a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it by the firmware indicating it needs updating. But running a Windows check online for updates shows the latest driver to be already installed.I had this problem before on this computer and it eventually had a main drive section failure necessitating a drive replacement by the factory.

As far as I know, there is not an Insiders forum on Dell. Maybe you could check the Microsoft Answers forums and look at its Insiders forum.
I think the first thing I would do is to turn off the Dell Updater. Then I would use the .iso to do an in-place upgrade of your current install. I may be wrong about the firmware version for insiders so you may find someone else who knows for sure.
