FLAWBI-1.EXE ERROR MESSAGE

Hi all,

For the past week now, everytime I attempt to shut down my laptop (a windows XP Service Pack 3 Dell latitude D830 laptop), I get the following error message as it goes the the shutting down process:

"FLAWBI-1.EXE - DLL INITIALISATION FAILED

The application failed to initialise because the application is shutting down"

I never got the message before when I had Service Pack 2 installed.  What would cause this error? How to fix it? 

It is quite annoying as it pops up each time I shut down the laptop.

Please help me.
