Hi

Posting twice doesn't really help.

Mentioning what specific password is the problem would.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.

Contact DELL in your region and prove ownership, pay any fee requested, and apply the fix.

If it's a Windows password, use the Lazesoft utility (free) to reset it.  If it's a power up password, call Dell with verification of ownership of the system.

Specify which password—Windows, BIOS, or account. Use reset options if available, otherwise contact Dell support with proof of ownership for help.
