Only the Dell OEM Windows install DVD or flash drive will work with the embedded key. Any other copy will require the purchase of a new license key.

The certificate is not stored in the bios nor is the Service tag stored in bios. So updating bios has no effect on this.
The TPM Fritz Chip has the Certificate.

Dear Philip Yip,
Thanks for your reply, but inthe link you provided, as far as i could understood is relating Windows 8.1. But my product came with Windows 8 home Single language and the key injected in the BIOS is Windows 8 home only, because it has the purple seal under the body, i could know all these by asking the customer care executives. Customer care exceutives have confirmed me that, the key is Windows 8 home only.
My query was can i install a pirated Windows 8 home DVD collected from the market, and after connecting the laptop with internet will the serial key activate itself ?? or i have to use the Windows 8 home Dell OS recovery software purchased from the Internet or going to the service center to install it ? then only serial key will activate ? please tell me.

See here:

The product key should remain after a BIOS update.

Dear Philip, i really want to install a Genuine OS, but Dell don't provide OS recovery disk now a days, and as i have already serial key in my Machine, so it of no use to purchase a new Genuine Microsoft OS by paying thousands of rupees. So what are the options available for me ?
And as per your reply (The new installation media (Windows 8.1 Single Language with Update 1) treats Windows 8 Single Language and Windows 8.1 Single Language keys as equal.) i really want to upgrade to Windows 8.1, but before upgrade i want to make the OS genuine first with the Windows 8 home genuine as the serial key, then with the help of the option in the system i would like to upgrade to 8.1.
Directly installing Windows 8.1 home can activate my serial key form the BIOS ? and how can i get the OS myself without the help of Dell and without purchasing from the market ?

The new installation media (Windows 8.1 Single Language with Update 1) treats Windows 8 Single Language and Windows 8.1 Single Language keys as equal...
Why pirate and take the risk with Windows 8 Single Language when you can use genuine Windows 8.1 Single Language with Update 1 media? Direct installation of Windows 8.1 Single Language with Update 1 will give you better performance (even if the pirated media isn't seeded with Malware).

You can follow the instructions directly here:
http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/download-microsoft-windows-and-office/download-microsoft-windows/download-windows-8-1-retail-and-oem-iso/
No need to contact Dell of Microsoft.
P.S. if you worry about having previously installed a non-genuine installation you may follow my additional instructions to use Diskpart clean all to wipe your drive before Windows installation.

Dear philip, Thank you again for your help, and i will follow your steps, but please help me on my last problem, my problem is..
Few days back actualy my girlfriend by herself tried to make a copy of My Dell option, and later on during a system problem, i tried to run that disk, during 5 stages of repairing at the time of 3rd step @ 99% an Error was occuring again and again, and blue screen appeared with 3 options, 1) press F8 2) Insert a recovery disk 3) another one i don't remember....main point is the computer was not starting.
what i could know is during first 2 stages the windows is removed, and after completing the final stage only the computer could be able to Boot again, which unfortunately couldn't.
As the Warranty is over so i tried to Install an Windows 8 myself and unfortunately deleted 1 partion of Recovery made by the Dell factory, and i was not able to install the OS because of the GPT based partition. Later i consulted with the service center and they said, as because 1 partion is deleted so it is of no use to keep other partitions of the Recovery, because they won't work anyomore. So to break up GPT table i removed all the partition and made 3 partitions for my use.
2 days back i could know that, i can download the MY Dell software again from the website and reinstall again after properly installing the OS....is it true ?? and what is the proper procedure please tell me, because i really want to get the MY Dell option work as it was set by the Factory.

Its Dell Backup and Recovery which can be used to make recovery media not My Dell.
It seems like your OS is corrupt now.
You are out of warranty so it will be more difficult to procure installation media from Dell. The media that your procure will also be out of date Windows 8 Single Language and not Windows 8.1 Single Language with Update 1.
If you wipe the drive, clean install Windows (using a local account), install the system drivers you can then install My Dell and also Dell Backup and Recovery. Dell Backup and Recovery will make a new recovery partition from the factory settings.
