While surfing the web,every few minutes a page will pop up that says "HTTP 404 not found -microsoft internet explorer". But that's not the only problem, sometimes another  page will popup that says "About blank-microsoft internet explorer".Everytime this happenes, no matter which one of the two pages it is, "C:\windows\dl.html" appears in my tool bar. The only way to get rid of these once they popup, is to use Ctrl Alt Delete and end task for the page. after doing this I can right click on the "dl.html" and hit delete. It's really getting old. Someone told me it was Internet Explorer causing it. I've reloaded it twice....no luck. I've ran Norton on it...no viruses....I've ran Spybot on it.....nothing. I'm running Windows 98.
