Appeared at shutting down on my desktop: CiceroWndFrame The insturction at 0x01fb27cd referenced memory at 0x01fb27cd theh memory cound not be read. click to terminate. don';t understand. thanks for your help.

If you have a scanner, uninstall/reinstall software. It also could be a bad internet-relate driver. Check your Device Manager for anything unusual, eg yellow 'marks'. Right-click on My Computer and choose Properties. You'll see Device Driver. You may have to uninstall it and let XP find it on reboot if it has the drivers for it, that is.
