hi sammy,
i would go to the control panel, add/remove programs and remove anything that is related to java or java runtime environment. then visit java.com and download the latest runtime environment. I hope this helps.

Hello,
I am experiencing some major issues with my Java, whenI go into a site that requires Java soon afterward I am booted out. I have uninstalled my Java and reinstalled it, making sure that it was enabled. Someone said to reload my browser. I don't know how. Please help me out with this situation. Thank you very much!!

Hello,
I did what you said and downloaded that virus scanner and there was a trojan horse backdoor.generic.oip. Now I have a question about tat virus. On the details that were given said under header "healable"-No. and "source"- back up copy. What does that mean and now what do I do The virus is in quarantine. I also want to thank you for your assistance in this matter. My macafee virus scan did not pick up the virus and I just upgraded to the professional 9.0. Look forward to hearing from you.

you might want to run an antispyware program, almost 100% of the time when i see a slow computer it's due to spyware. Here's one that's pretty popular
