Internet Expolorer Script Error

When computer boots up message appears:  An error has occurred on the script on this page.  Internet Explorer Script Errors.  Do you wish to .........
 
Graphics are missing when I access web sites.  DSL/ISP provider said to contact Dell because browser is the problem and came already installed.
 
How do I get my graphics back and make this message disappear?

For the script error, open Internet Explorer and click on Tools > Internet Options then click on the Advanced tab.  Put checkmark in front of "Disable script debugging" and remove the checkmark in front of "Display a notification abouot every script error".
