is it possible to update bios from safe mode?
im trying to update the bios as a possible solution to the problem im having but part of the problem is i cant boot into windows. but i can boot into safe mode but when i try to run the bios update utility it comes up with an error saying "an error occured when trying to configure windows to allow flashing, please reboot and try again" and i did reboot (into safe mode) and same problem.

really? but its an .exe file and the instructions on the site say just ro run it in windows. plus it has a gui and like i said it said it couldnt configure windows to allow flashing which means its possible but it just couldnt do itjeff196301
