Make sure the site isn't in your "Restricted" Zone in IE internet options--Security--Restricted Sites.

I checked thos areas, there is nothing in them. I have contacted two dell tech reps and no one seems to be able to tell me what to do. I extracted "sunJava" from my resource CD and it still does not work. Can I remove IE and reinstall to correct this. If so does anyone know how??? Thanks

I am having the same problem with a website and Dell has no clue.  Did you ever get your question resolved?  Please help!!!
