Jpeg Help

i have new dell..received jpeg logo & tif logo in micro outlook & i can not open either, can someone help or direct me in how to open jpeg?

In Outlook Express go to 'Tools > options... > Security tab > uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus."

I'm guessing that the file was sent to you as an attachment? In MS outlook you can just double click on the attachment to open it or you can right click and then 'save as'. Could you be more specific about what your trying to do? are you trying to send the picture or open the attachment?
