KERNEL32 error
I keep getting the following error, mostly when I try to use my photo editing software. I have tried using image expert and Photoshop and get the same error. I also get the error just with viewing from my camera/usb hookup.
KERNEL32 caused a general protection fault in module KRNL386.EXE at 0001:000075a8
In image expert I also get: imagex caused an invalid page fault in module USER.EXE at 0003:00009268
and the blue screen comes up with: Error: 019F:BFF8E64B and the system locks up.
Any ideas how to fix this?
I have Windows ME and a Dimension 8100. I also run Norton Antivirus.

Thanks, I will check out that page. I am running 256 RAM. I would like to upgrade to 512.

Start here this page has links to various types blue screen errors: fatal except, general fault protection, etc.
How much RAM are you using?
