Intermittently, some of my keys will not work.... I have bought a new keyboard twice and both times, the problem still occurs.. Can anyone help me.. I do not believe it is the word processing program I use because it happens either in Word or in Word Perfect. Can anyone help me.. sometimes it is some of the number keys that do not work.. sometimes it is a few letters in a row....  I am not computer literate!  I am a 65 year old woman, plodding my way along.. Please help.  Thank you.
