Keys not working
So i have read all the discussion but didn't get the solution can any body plz tell me that it is a software issue r hrad ware problem ..on window 10 it's keys qaz didn't works but after few time all keys starts workimg now plz clear the issue ..waiting for proper guide

I have updated all drivers but when i starts laptop almost aftr 5 minuts keys starts working so problem is still un solved ...disappointed from dell

i have tried to send you message sir but unable to do i have sent you friend request and i have given yoy my service tag number ... once again i want to tell you that i have updated all the drivers and i hve ran a complete diagnostic test but still did not get the solution ..kindly tell me the way to get rid from this situation
