Latitude E7470
أهلا،
لدي نفس المشكلة مع جهاز E7470 الذي لا يتوافق مع Windows 11. ولكن عدم التوافق كان بسبب عدم دعم المعالج "Intel Core i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GHz". تم اجتياز جميع المتطلبات الأخرى باستخدام فحص صحة الكمبيوتر الشخصي.
لماذا هذا المعالج غير مدعوم؟ ما هي البدائل المتاحة لي بخلاف شراء كمبيوتر محمول جديد؟

Unfortunately you have no other alternative. Microsoft has decided that only 8th Generation and newer processors can be updated to Windows 11. Now you can download the Windows 11 media creation tool here (second choice) and clean install Windows 11. If you install Windows 11 that way the CPU check is bypassed. However Dell does not have your E7470 on the compatibility list for Windows 11. So if you do need Dell tech support, they will insist that you reinstall Windows 10 before they will offer assistance.
