Logon by-pass

I would like my Dell 8200 with windows xp Home to boot up without the need for a log on. I have unchecked "users must logon" in start/run control userpasswords 2.

Now when I turn on my computer i am prompt for an administrator password. If I hit enter, then the screen asks to click my user.
