Looking for D420 data interface driver

I am rebuilding a D420 laptop with XP. Device manager coming up with 2 data interface driver question marks. I entered the serial number into the drivers page, and downloaded all drivers I found, with no success.

Can anyone help?

Both seem fine, integrated and wireless. I reinstalled those anyways. I will recheck anyways.

Did you install the Laptop System Software (first after reinstalling XP)?

And follow that up with (in order):

Intel moble chiipset driver<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed / replaced from this post by Dell>

Ricoh Memory Card Driver

And what about any touchpad, pointing stick, touchstrip drivers?

If you didn't install the chipsets, you should download them to your desktop and reboot in Safe Mode and install them. Then reboot normally and install any other missing drivers.

Yup, did both chipset drivers, touchpad, etc. I went through the driver list specific to my service tag, and did all the drivers listed, loaded the embassy suite, etc, everything i could think of. I ran into this problem a while back as well, and cannot remember what the solution was.
