If you mean memory usage by process, and total memory useage, you can get this info from XP's task manager. CTRL-SHIFT-ESC will usually bring up taskman, or you can right-click on your task bar and start it.
Memory totals are on the "performance" tab, and per-process memory usage is on the "processes" tab (although you may have to add a column to the display to see the memory usage).
