My Inspiron 530S Vista OPS.
My Inspiron 530S, Vista OPS does not donwload PPS and videos from the internet and does not print
(instaled printer does not show up on printers) also I can not open some programs like Norton, etc.

You may want to consider formatting and reinstalling Windows, drivers and software. Vista was not a very secure OS. You also could then install the printer back into the computer as well.

Windows Vista has no IE support, no Chrome support and is steadily approaching End of Life. Its time to upgrade to Windows 10. You may do so for free using the Unofficial 10130 Windows Insider pathway:
