i need a true install xp home cd for my dimension 2100. dell sent me the reinstall cd and it wont boot on my system i can install xp pro, me, but not the xp reinstall and all i want is to run my software. i have spent 10 hours talking to india and absolutly no results. sents more emails than i can count and not even a reply from dell. in the past i have had good luck with tech service but i cant get anything not even an answer.
