Need Help With Boot Error

Dell Latitude LaptopWindows XP Pro I uninstalled some unnecessary applications and seem to have deleted a needed dll OR I may have malware installed although it must be inactive because I don't seem to have problems.Here is the problem everytime I boot up before all the start up applications are loaded I get an error message (Rundll.exe).Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\pndrhell.dllThe specified module could not be found.I have tried to find it in most of the major dll download sites but nothing there.  When I do a Google search I get no information on it.  However somewhere I got the information perhaps at Zone Alarm that it was a net framework 1 file.   I was told that I am missing the application extension dll file. and to go to check c/window/system32 following filepndx5016.dll, pndx5032.dll.If there it is not about those files , go to Dell download site. and search by those file keyword anddownload it. that would be fixed.What should I do?

Go to this forum http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board?board.id=si_hijack and read the RED link at the top and then post your log on that forum along with what you have stated here, also post the Model of Dell you have and the OS Version. Please include a description of any other symptoms of malware you may have.
