I need to recover Office 2010 purchased @ Dell download store. My Inspiron HD failed. New HD installed, Win7 installed, no Office (obviously). I should not have to pay for a new download of Office.

If you bought office with your system the key will be on the MPI card see instructions here:

You can get the Office 2010 from here:

Digital River has had multiple issues or recent but Jan has updated most of the broken links so they should all work.
