You may download the drivers you install frequently on the systems and save it on an external drive to create your own database. However, Dell will not be able to provide you any offline database as the drivers keep on updating all the time and new versions keep on coming. You may visit the Dell support site or refer to the FTP link: ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/Browse_For_Drivers/ for downloading the drivers.
