Outlook Express Spell Check

I have downloaded spell checher for OE 2.1  by MajorGreek, and I have used the Registry Editor to be sure that I had  a bckslash after Proff.  Files Mssp232.dll and Csapi3tl.dll are not missing. Yet I still get an error when I  use spell checker in  Outlook Express.

I am using windows XP on a new Dell computer. The word processor installed is Word Perfect.

Anyone have anothe way I can get spell check to work without buying Microsot Office?

Check Outlook Express help ......it states "Outlook Express uses the spelling checker provided with the following Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. If you do not have one of these programs installed, the SPELLING command is not available".

I also have Word Perfect and no spell check.
