Hello. I finally broke down and installed sp2 on my Dell 4600. I cleaned my system first. Deleted nonessential files or documents. I did the disk defrag, disc clean-up, emptied temporary folders, and ran all of my anti-spyware tool plus online virus scans first.  Everything seems ok except I can't get into my outlook express. It opens, runs the cpu up to 100, and hangs. I have to close it through the task manager. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help.
