Outlook Web Access - can't reply to emails

Question

I have a new Dell 1505 Inspiron with Vista Home Premium.  When I try to access by work email through Outlook Web Access, I can see the emails, open them, but cannot reply.  A small red  x appears where I would write the message and it won't let me do anything.  How can I fix this?

Check you account setup and make sure you have the correct name of the SMTP server.

I have the same problem, (E520 Vista) with the web based outlook we use for work. Any help out there?

Not sure how to do this.  Can I do this from my computer at home or do I have to get someone at work to check this out? Thanks
