parser message
Dimension 3000
pentium 4 3.00 GHz
1 GB ram
Windows XP
I am now receiving a message " Parser message - value creation failed at line 422"
After hitting ok 6 or 7 times I gettin the administrator sign in page which if I do not enter anything but just say okay I can get into my system. The problem keeps reaccuring. I tryed a Xp repair using my windows xp cd but I get stopped when it asks for the number of the installation and then asks for the adminsitrator password. When i enter what I think is the proper password it kicks me out after 3 attempts.
