PC Doctor Module Crash (2021)
I have a 2016 Inspiron 15 7559.
I checked for similar problems, but there is a 10 years old post with similar title but a different problem.
As of the last 3 days, whenever I start Windows, the PC becomes completely unresponsive for an hour or two.
Today I found about the Reliability Monitor, and the culprit is the PC Doctor Module, and it crashes several times within one minute.
After opening each one of them, they are mostly empty:
Description
System information module timed out
Faulting Application Path: C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\PCD\SupportAssist\pcdrsysinfovideocapture.p5x
Problem signature
Problem Event Name: appcrash

Locale ID: 1033
Extra information about the problem
Bucket ID: b761a82716b7be3962e9b591a5c6bcab (120401618630)
Opening each one of the crash errors, I get the following App Names: pcdrsysinfovideocapture.p5x, pcdrsysinfoperipheral.p5x, pcdrsysinfocommunication.p5x, pcdrsysinfodirect.p5x, pcdrsysinfostorage.p5x, pcdrsysinfosoftware.p5x, pcdrsysinfosystemboard.p5x.
On the next days I also get: pcdrsysinfobluetooth.p5x, pcdrsysinfosmbios2.p5x, pcdrsysinfocpu_x86.p5x, pcdrsysinfocsmi.p5x
Running the Support Assist, gives that it ran into an expected issue and recommend restarting the PC.
Restart PC? I think I will pass.
Anyone has any suggestions? Should I uninstall and install Support Assist?

I too have been getting errors with "C:\Program Files\Dell\SupportAssistAgent\PCD\SupportAssist\pcdrsysinfovideocapture.p5x," as reported by the Reliability History.
Posting my thoughts here as a show of solidarity.

So far, the solution I have found was to completely uninstall the support assist and never install it again. Have been living with it without any troubles so far

I'm having trouble getting past the error message locking up my M4700.
I can't get the uninstall Dell-Support-Assist actuated fast enough. The workstation sits, locked, for about 10 minutes and shuts itself down.
